When I was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer in 2015, I was given a 5% chance of survival. I was told that I would need to undergo aggressive radiation and chemotherapy treatments, which would likely leave me with severe side effects, including hair loss, nausea, and fatigue.

I was determined to fight for my life, but I didn't want to subject myself to the harsh side effects of conventional cancer treatments. I decided to explore alternative options, and I eventually found a team of integrative oncologists who were willing to work with me to create a personalized treatment plan.

My treatment plan included a combination of natural therapies, such as acupuncture, massage therapy, and nutritional counseling, as well as targeted therapies that were specifically designed to attack my cancer cells. I also made significant changes to my diet and lifestyle, including eliminating processed foods and sugar, and exercising regularly.

The road to recovery was not easy, but I never gave up hope. I followed my treatment plan diligently, and I remained positive and determined throughout the entire process. I am now cancer-free, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared my story with others.

In my book, Say No to Radiation and Conventional Chemo, I share my journey in detail, from my initial diagnosis to my eventual recovery. I offer practical advice on how to navigate the cancer treatment process, and I provide information on alternative treatments that can be used in conjunction with conventional medicine.

I wrote this book to inspire others who are facing a cancer diagnosis. I want to show people that there is hope, even when the odds are stacked against you. I want to empower people to take control of their own health and to fight for their lives.
